At AFCI Pakistan, every project is born out of a genuine desire to see lives changed, not just on the surface, but from the inside out.
We work where the need is greatest, we serve with what we have, and we trust God for what we do not. Here is a glimpse into the work closest to our hearts.
Our Projects
EDUCATION & CHILD DEVELOPMENT
READ Programme
Every child deserves a chance to learn and grow. Through tuition centers in underserved areas, school fee sponsorships, and supply distribution, we open doors to education for children who would otherwise go without, while weaving in Christian values and character development along the way.

Goals by 2030
- Establish 5 new tuition centers in underserved communities
- Provide 500 full or partial scholarships over five years
- Launch a child mentorship and discipleship programme
- Conduct quarterly workshops on health, self-worth, and family life
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Focus on the Heart (FOH)
Behind every strong family is a woman who believes in her own worth. Through sewing centers, literacy classes, and vocational training, we equip women with practical, income-generating skills that build independence, confidence, and leadership in their homes and churches.

Goals by 2030
- Organize annual educational and parents’ engagement seminars
- Expand sewing centers to 10 locations across Pakistan
- Introduce digital literacy and microenterprise training
- Provide startup kits or microgrants to 100 trained women
YOUTH CAPACITY BUILDING
GROW Programme
Young people are not just the future; they are a force right now. GROW develops the spiritual, personal, and professional capacity of youth through leadership seminars, career counseling, Bible study retreats, and technical training, equipping them to lead with both confidence and faith.

Goals by 2030
- Launch a structured Youth Leadership Programme reaching 1,000 youth
- Host annual youth camps, seminars, and discipleship weekends
- Provide career counseling with Christian professionals
- Encourage mission exposure trips to rural and urban communities
RELIEF & REHABILITATION
CARE Programme
When disaster strikes, people need help, not speeches. CARE mobilizes quickly and compassionately during floods, displacement, and personal emergencies, providing food, medical assistance, shelter, and hygiene kits to people of every background, with no conditions attached.

Our goals
- Establish a dedicated Rapid Response Team for crises
- Maintain a relief fund supporting 1,000 individuals annually
- Build community care networks with local churches
- Implement healthcare camps for sanitation and first aid
FAITH-BASED OUTREACH
Outreach & Unity
At the heart of everything we do is a belief that the Church is most powerful when it stands together. We bring churches across denominations into fellowship and prayer, train lay leaders in stewardship, and produce devotional content that feeds the soul.

- Facilitate regular inter-church prayer and fellowship gatherings
- Train lay leaders through biblical and management workshops
- Support church-led outreach and children’s ministry
