PEARL – Preparing, Encouraging and Raising Leaders 

We believe every woman is created by God with inherent worth, unique gifts, and God-given potential. Through our PEARL initiative (Preparing, Encouraging and Raising Leaders) we walk alongside women as they discover their value, develop their abilities, and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

PEARL provides women with opportunities for economic and social empowerment through sewing centers, adult literacy classes, and vocational training. These programs equip women with practical skills that enable them to generate income, contribute to their households, and become more confident and self-reliant.

However, our vision goes beyond skills and income. We seek to see women transformed from within, growing in confidence, dignity, self-respect, and leadership. As women are equipped and encouraged, they become agents of positive change in their families, churches, and communities.

Through PEARL, we are not simply teaching skills, we are investing in women, strengthening families, raising leaders, and creating opportunities for lasting transformation.
